Prairie View’s schoolwide Spelling Bee featured 27 talented participants in grades six to eight, all winners of their respective class bees. The competition was fierce, but ultimately, Declan H. clinched first place, with Noah A. securing second place and Scarlett S. landing third place.
The final word that determined the champion was "relegated." The event not only showcased the students' spelling abilities but also created an exciting and competitive atmosphere, highlighting the academic achievements of our middle school participants.
Best of luck to our first and second-place champions, who advance to the District 140 Spelling Bee on Friday, January 10. Our third-place winner will be an alternate representative.
