Prairie View’s schoolwide Spelling Bee featured 27 talented participants in grades six to eight, all winners of their respective class bees. The competition was fierce, but ultimately, Adnan E. clinched first place, with Dominic R. securing second place and Declan H. landing third place.
The final word that determined the champion was "privilege." The event not only showcased the students' spelling abilities but also created an exciting and competitive atmosphere, highlighting the academic achievements of our middle school participants.
Best of luck to our first and second-place champions, who will advance to the District 140 Spelling Bee on Tuesday, January 23. Our third-place winner will be an alternate representative.
