Friday, September 22nd was a "team building day' for eighth grade students and staff at Prairie View Middle School. Students devoted time to practicing teamwork and communication while completing fun and challenging activities together. They completed several outdoor team building activities and also worked in small and large groups to complete an escape room activity based on the short story "The Tell Tale Heart", a hot chocolate lab which incorporated plate tectonics, and an engineering lab where students used limited resources and worked together to solve a problem. Eighth grade students and staff truly enjoyed both a positive and productive day!
