KSD 140 welcomes Michelle O’Connor to its administrative team as the EL/Title I Coordinator. She will lead the District’s English Learner (EL) and Title I departments and manage the Title I and Title III federal grant programs.
“I am honored to join D140’s administrative team and excited to use my knowledge and experience to help support EL and Title I students, families, and staff across the District,” stated Mrs. O’Connor. “I look forward to partnering with our community to create a supportive and inclusive educational environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.”
Mrs. O’Connor holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Trinity Christian College, a master’s degree in Educational Technology from Concordia University of Chicago, and a master’s degree in School Leadership from Concordia University of Chicago. She has been with the District for more than 20 years serving as a paraeducator, substitute teacher, classroom teacher, media specialist, and Instructional Technology Facilitator.
