T.P. Fire Department Announces Winners of Fire Prevention Poster Contest (2022)

Congratulations to this year’s winners of the Tinley Park Fire Department’s Annual Fire Prevention Poster Contest. This year's theme was “Fire Won’t Wait. Plan Your Escape.” 

Winners included five D140 students:

• Kindergarten: Maddy S. (McAuliffe)
• First Grade: Vinny M. (Bannes)
• Third Grade: Gavin H. (McAuliffe)
• Fourth Grade: Tegan F-M. (McAuliffe)
• Fifth Grade: Aaron M. (McAuliffe)

A special congratulations to the overall grand prize winner, Tegan F-M. from McAuliffe Elementary School! 

Winners and their families were invited to breakfast at Fire Station 47 on Saturday, October 22. Each winner will also enjoy a ride to school in a TPFD Fire Truck.
