On Thursday, December 8, Keller students rocked the red carpet! Before each student walked down the runway, they informed the audience of the various features of the clothes that they were wearing.
This event was a culminating activity to a clothing unit and allowed students to not only express themselves creatively but also to utilize the skills and concepts discussed in class. The six-week unit of study, which had a heavy focus on vocabulary and fine motor skills, gave students the opportunity to sew, thread a needle, design, and compare clothes.
