McAuliffe students and staff celebrated World Smile Day on Friday, October 5th. Teachers greeted students with smiley face emojis and cheers as they arrived for the day. Everyone was dressed with bright colors and big smiles!
World Smile Day began in 1999 and was started by artist Harvey Ball, inventor of the smiley face. He thought we should devote one day each year to smiles and kind acts throughout the world.
