Mrs. Elizabeth Zawilinski

My name is Elizabeth Zawilinski and this will be my 20th year of teaching Middle School. My first three years of teaching were done in Dolton School District 148 and then I moved to Kirby School District 140. This is my 17th year working in Kirby School District 140.  My first 14 years were at Prairie View teaching Reading, Language, and Social Studies.  Then I was moved to Grissom, our sister school, teaching  6th GradeReading, Language, and Social Studies for one year and now Economics to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade classes the past two years.

Awards
The Tinley Park Veterans honored me in 2009 with a Teacher of the Year Award. ;The Prairie View NJHS honored me with the Teacher of the Year Award in 2011.
