Teams of third, fourth, and fifth-grade students recently faced off in our annual Battle of the Books, a quiz show type of competition meant to test literary knowledge. At the event, Tinley Park Public Library librarians asked questions about the content of this year's twenty Bluestem-nominated novels. The competition was fierce, but a fourth and fifth-grade team won the championship battle.
All teams came prepared to win and deserve recognition. Congratulations to all our participants on a job well done!
