April is Autism Acceptance Month and Millennium Elementary is promoting this through fundraising and fun events. Throughout the month, our Millennium Falcon community will be participating in the following:
- April 6th - Wear your Autism t-shirt or blue and donate $1 during your lunch period for a blue hairspray streak.
- April 13th - Wear your Autism t-shirt or blue and $1 tattoos will be sold during lunch periods and brought home.
- April 20th - Wear your Autism t-shirt or blue and donate $1 during your lunch period for a blue hairspray streak.
- April 27th - Wear your Autism t-shirt or blue and $1 tattoos will be sold during lunch periods and brought home.
Donations will be given to Kirby 140 Special Olympics in honor of our athletes. 10% of all donations will also be used to support the Millennium Elementary School special education classrooms.
