Fernway PTO Wicked War of Pennies - March 17 - 21

The Fernway PTO is sponsoring a Wicked War of  Pennies from Monday, March 17, through Friday, March 21. Preschool, first grade, third grade, and fifth grade will be Team Glinda, while Kindergarten, second grade, fourth grade, and staff will be Team Elphaba. 

Each grade will have a container to drop pennies and dollar bills into. The team that earns the most points will win an ice cream party.

Pennies and bills are “good deeds” that add points to your team. Silver coins are “wicked tricks” that subtract points from the other team.

All proceeds will go towards funding the Fernway PTO’s sponsored events.
