In honor of National Bullying Prevention Month, Martial Arts instructor Adam Grisko spoke to the Bannes students at a school assembly on October 23rd. His message stressed awareness and communication tactics such as knowing your bully, knowing your assignment in life, knowing your worth, knowing your army, and knowing who the bully targets.
